Remote Nutrition Correspondence program

The Remote Nutrition Correspondence Program enables Lone Star Dietitian clients to conveniently receive nutrition counseling anytime, anywhere.

The RNCP is a monthly program. Some of the key features of the RNCP include:

Personal Registered Dietitian Nutritionist essentially on call
Comprehensive nutrition assessment done electronically
Meal Plan delivered to your inbox
Recipes, personalized tips, or articles as needed
Frequent feedback and accountability over email

The RNCP is perfect for clients who are busy, and clients who cannot meet in person in Frisco or McKinney. Virtually all of the benefits of meeting in person with Megan can also be achieved through the Lone Star Dietitian Remote Nutrition Correspondence Program.

In fact, some clients may actually prefer the RNCP because of the more regular communications with Megan over e-mail.

With the RNCP, clients receive prompt and direct feedback from Megan on specific nutrition questions that come up each day as they adjust personal habits, which provides greater opportunity for understanding nutrition, applying what is being learned, and reinforcing principles for long-term impact.

Clients appreciate the accountability they receive through the RNCP, such as with daily food logs and the help to keep them on track.
